Scheduled Maintenance Operation on January Tuesday 9th 2018

Friday, January 5th, 2018

AsmodeeWe are planning a 2 hours maintenance operation on our systems and servers on January 9th, 2018, starting at 09:00 UTC (4:00 AM EST).

During this maintenance we’ll move all our infrastructure to a new provider, in order to enhance the quality of our services and allow for more growth in the future.

Unfortunately this means we will have to completely shut-down our digital services during the operation. We estimate that the migration process will take our IT team two full hours.

During this 2 hours time span it will not be possible to play online on most of our games (including but not limited to Ticket to Ride, Smallworld 2, Splendor, Carcassonne, Potion Explosion, Mysterium, Memoir’ 44 etc.). It will normally be possible to play most of those games in solo or offline mode.

It will also not be possible to log-in with an Asmodee.net account in any of those games either, nor browse rankings or leaderboards. Access to our various websites will also be impossible (including but not limited to the Days of Wonder website, Asmodee.net Account website, etc) or severely degraded (Fantasy Flight Games Community, Asmodee Digital Forums, etc).

We will update as best as we can the Asmodee Status Page with any information about the progress and resolution of this maintenance operation.

Our technical support team will also be on the bridge to answer any questions regarding the maintenance operation and/or any issues after the maintenance procedure.

We appreciate your understanding and patience as we continue to make Asmodee Digital and Days of Wonder games even better!
