During recent times we have been hard at work attempting to stem a new tide of malicious activity found in Ticket to Ride’s public chat system. This behaviour goes against everything that we stand for and believe in at Asmodee Digital, and as such have been taking swift and decisive action in an attempt to limit these behaviours.
In order to prevent further reprehensible behaviour from these individuals, we will be disabling the public chat functionality and ability to give a personalised name to your games in Ticket to Ride on all platforms for the time being. In-game stickers and communication in private games will however still be available.
This is not a permanent solution and we are investigating ways to bring the public chat back in a safe and fun manner that will fit with not only our ideals, but also for people of all ages that enjoy Ticket to Ride.
We will provide further updates to this situation as we are able, and wish you all the best in building your locomotive empire!
We thank you very much for your patience and understanding,
We are pleased to announce that the 2.7.11 update for Ticket to Ride is now available on PC/Mac and mobile!

XBOXPATCH:
Many of you encountered issues and crashes on Xbox in the previous version, and thanks to your help, we were able to identify the source and bring a solution with this new update, version 2.7.2.6984.
We hope these few tweaks will improve your gaming experience with us.
Have a great day and have fun! Cheers, beloved railway enthusiasts!
Many people lost access to one or several DLCs after the 2.7.10 update, for the reason we will explain below.
This only affected players that bought the game or one of the DLCs on the following platforms: the Apple AppStore, the Apple Mac AppStore, the Google Play Store and the Steam Store.
First, let us point out that, if it’s not done already, you simply need to relaunch your app or game (close it and restart it) to be restored access to these maps, as we fixed this issue. If not (you never know, there are always some rebellious accounts), please contact us here and we will do the necessary: https://asmodee.helpshift.com/a/ticket-to-ride/?contact=1
Now, let us explain what happened: some months ago, many of you reported a bug where when you bought one or several maps, you received one or several of the reported missing maps (Europe, USA 1910, Legendary Asia, India, Switzerland and Nordic Countries) for free.
Please note that having achievements on these maps doesn’t prove that you ever purchased them, it simply proves you got access to it- which is precisely what the bug did. Additionally, it seems important to us to precise, because of many confusions, that the “Europe” map only contains one map, the Europe one, and isn’t a bundle of maps. It goes the same way with the base game “Ticket to Ride” which only contains the basic USA map (not USA Mega / USA 1910) and is not a bundle either. Finally, please know that your purchase history cannot be tampered with by us or anyone else, and thus if the maps you were missing don’t appear, it shows that you indeed did not purchase them and benefitted from this bug I explained above.
We have been working on this for the past few months and the last update, version 2.7.10, did fix, among other issues, this particular one- that is why you temporarily lost access to these maps.
However, as previously stated, we decided to give back all the missing maps to everyone who got affected by it as this was solely our mistake in the first place. We successfully wrote and deployed a script which did that and that is why you now simply need to restart your game to find these maps back.
We thank you very much for your patience and understanding,
We hope you will have fun playing on these maps again!

Deep Blue is a push-your-luck and engine-building family game where players dive for wealth and may join and benefit from other players diving fortunes. Daniel Skjold Pedersen and Asger Harding Granerud, designers of the game, will be present on the booth on Friday from 15.00 to 16.30 and on Saturday from 13.00 to 14.00 to chat with you and sign copies of the game!

Some of the Routes are reserved for the Bullet Train network, so once one of those routes is claimed, it can be used by all players to complete Destination Tickets. On the other hand, the players who contribute most to this shared project will also be rewarded with a larger bonus. Italy, the second map featured in this expansion, is focused on the Regions in this country and on a brand new type of Ferry Route. Connect cities from all Regions in the same network to score extra points.
Julien Delval will be present on the booth on Thursday from 15.00 to 16.00 – on Friday and Saturday from 11.00 to 12.00 and then on Sunday from 15.00 to 16.00 to chat with you and sign copies of the game!

We are planning a 2 hours maintenance operation on our systems and servers on January 9th, 2018, starting at 09:00 UTC (4:00 AM EST).
During this maintenance we’ll move all our infrastructure to a new provider, in order to enhance the quality of our services and allow for more growth in the future.
Unfortunately this means we will have to completely shut-down our digital services during the operation. We estimate that the migration process will take our IT team two full hours.
During this 2 hours time span it will not be possible to play online on most of our games (including but not limited to Ticket to Ride, Smallworld 2, Splendor, Carcassonne, Potion Explosion, Mysterium, Memoir’ 44 etc.). It will normally be possible to play most of those games in solo or offline mode.
We will update as best as we can the Asmodee Status Page with any information about the progress and resolution of this maintenance operation.
Our technical support team will also be on the bridge to answer any questions regarding the maintenance operation and/or any issues after the maintenance procedure.
We appreciate your understanding and patience as we continue to make Asmodee Digital and Days of Wonder games even better!
The new online Multiplayer mode of Splendor allows players to compete against each other wherever they are and across all platforms.
